Shipping and processing costs for orders placed on lybeauty.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. The fee for shipping & processing applies to your complete order. Most orders placed through Regular Post Service, which takes 7-15 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to an error made in color, style or size selection and so on, you can exchange your item for an alternate choice in color, style or size. You may return an eligible item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of business day.

1. RETURNS must be received within 30 days of the original business day. We refund only the purchase price of the returned item; we do not refund shipping and processing.

2. EXCHANGE orders are shipped to you free of charge (excluding the cost of rush service), however, we do not cover return shipping costs.

3. REFUNDS, we refund only the purchase price of the refunded item; we cannot refund shipping, processing insurance charges on refunded orders. If you return one of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
